British Offsite is a pioneer in modern methods of construction. It manufactures UNisystem, a suite of external and internal wall infill panels that deliver multiple benefits to developers, as well as to the operators of buildings and owners of homes. Since launch, the core company brand and product proposition have continually evolved, as more has become known about the willingness of developers to adopt new approaches.

In close collaboration  with the managing director, technical, sales and marketing teams, key messages were created that made a direct comparison with traditional build - faster, flexible, reliable and cost-competitive. While at the same time reassurances were provided about the familiarity of components used in UNisystem.

UNisystem uses all the same components used in traditional build. The only diffference is they are preassembled offsite at British Offsite’s state-of-the-art-factory. Saving waste, resources and time onsite and resulting in more airtight and energy efficient homes.

With each evolution of the core brand and product proposition, the company website has been restructured and rewritten to communicate the many value-adding benefits of British Offsite’s approach. Wide-ranging supporting literature has also been produced, alongside social campaigns, articles and exhibition materials.
