The values would also serve as a call to action to employees to continuously improve the experience provided to people all over the UK living in Grainger homes.
Riverstone needed a simple positioning - a purpose statement, values and strapline - to convey why retirement living in their residences is entirely different to conventional perceptions of retirement homes.
